Terms of Service

OGP Generator provides an API and web interface for generating Open Graph (OGP) images.

The service includes free and paid plans, feature controls, and request limits based on your subscription tier.

You must not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse infrastructure, or disrupt service availability.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have rights to logos or assets you provide.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

Do not share your API key publicly. You are liable for requests made using your key.

We may suspend or rotate keys if we detect security risks or abuse.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

You may cancel anytime. Access to paid features continues until the current billing period ends unless otherwise stated.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGP Generator and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or abuse the service.

You may stop using the service at any time.

Provisions that reasonably should survive termination remain effective, including payment obligations and liability limitations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes related to these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction agreed under applicable Japanese law.
